A widely kinds of plastic material can be used for this machine,which can meet the production of two,three or four products at the same time for mass production. Tidy frame and long-lived components and ideal cycle can reach 4.6 second.. This mahine is very small with fully automatic process with high efficiency,easy and safe to operate. The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel to ensure the quality of products. The control system consists of PLC and human machine interface imported from Mitsubishi Japan.Schneiders contactor, Omrons auxiliary reply,Taiwans PID temperature control module and imported hydraulic parts.
